Assure is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow new business across our mental health and wellbeing portfolio. This is a true hunter role — you'll own a pipeline end-to-end, from prospecting through to close, winning new customers for our EAP, psychosocial risk and digital wellbeing solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years B2B sales/BD, with track record of hitting targets.
• Experience selling wellbeing, SaaS, EAP solutions.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and tenders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Identify, pursue and close new customers in Mental Health & Wellbeing.
• Build pipeline via outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
• Sell consultatively, articulate value of solutions.
• Lead pursuits, manage proposals and pricing with SMEs.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, account management and product teams.
• Represent the brand as a credible ambassador.
• Assist SDR in prospecting with coordinated outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify opportunities.
