Qualifications

  • Preparing HR reports and documentation as requested by the HR team.

About the role

DGH is seeking a Human Resources Support Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our HR department, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the effective management of human resources functions across the organisation. This position plays an important role in supporting HR initiatives and maintaining accurate personnel records and processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling, correspondence and record-keeping
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, personnel files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, including coordinating job postings, screening applications and scheduling interviews
