Job summary

PM-Partners group in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR Subject Matter Expert to join our consulting team. You will bring strong HR systems experience and be able to translate business needs into practical system solutions for complex projects.

You will engage with Local Government, State Government, universities and large organisations, shaping HR processes and system implementations to reduce cost and risk while delivering measurable improvements.

Are you an HR SME looking to move into consulting, or already working as a consultant?

We’re looking for an experienced HR Subject Matter Expert to join our consulting team.

This role may suit someone already working in consulting, or someone who has built strong HR systems and process experience within a Local Government, State Government, University or other large organisation and is interested in moving into consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR system implementation and improvement projects
• Gather and analyse business requirements
• Assist clients with process design and optimisation
• Provide functional expertise and advice
• Work with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes

About You

You will have strong HR functional knowledge, experience working with HR systems, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Previous consulting experience is welcome but not required.
