EPSA Pacific in Queensland is seeking an on‑site HR Administrator at Commodore Mine to support recruitment and administer the employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, offboarding and compliance. You will work with the HR Superintendent and Site Administrators to resolve payroll queries and help develop processes, forms, maps, policies and guidelines to boost HR efficiency.

Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will supportthe HR function on Site, with a primary focus on Recruitment but the role will also include administration of the employee life cycle - onboarding, performance management, offboarding and compliance.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring all payroll enquiries are managed within a timely manner in conjunction with the Site Administrators.
With the support of the HR Superintendent, development and documentation of processes and supporting tools, including forms, process maps, policies and guidelines, to contribute to HR efficiencies and the provision of effective tools to stakeholders.
Other duties as directed by the HR Superintendent and Project Manager.
2-3 years Human Resources experience.
Excellent customer service and support skills with an understanding of the delivery of timely and accurate advice.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Teams).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines.
Ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as the ability to exercise independence and judgement where required.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and respond positively when resolving issues.

Must have a current Standard 11, current Coal Board Medical and willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical.
