Job summary

Segafredo Bean Alliance Australia in Melbourne seeks a standalone HR Generalist to partner with Australia and NZ leaders, ensuring compliant guidance and practical HR tools in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director with a dotted line to the global CPO, you will drive HR policy, payroll, recruitment and training, support post-merger changes, and uphold WHS standards to protect people and the brand.

Qualifications

• HR credentialed with relevant degree or certifications.

• Experience working with NZ business is a plus.

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director with a dotted line to their global CPO, your role is to provide full support to Australian and NZ leaders and employees with correct advice and tools, ensuring compliance with employment legislations and regulations whilst working within the strategic guidelines provided by Group HR in Italy.

This is a highly operational role within a non-unionised manufacturing and sales environment. You will review HR framework including policies and processes, work to develop organisational culture and engagement, support as required with performance and grievances, manage recruitment campaigns, identify and assists with training needs, oversee payroll and facilitate change projects post merger and beyond. A strong working knowledge of WHS practices is also required to assist key stakeholders. Salary circ a $160k plus.

About You

Experienced and HR credentialed and with a passion for manufacturing and ideally coffee! You are an all-rounder, you may have already worked in a standalone HR leadership role or are ready to take your first step into this role based on prior experience. Global experience is highly desirable.

Critical considerations will be your prior experience working with a NZ business so as to understanding their employment landscape, your working knowledge of WHS and experience in a manufacturing business.
