The HR Coordinator - Payroll is a key member of the HR team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Hail Creek employees. This role requires strong expertise in SAP payroll systems/Workday, end-to-end pay cycle management, and advanced data analysis to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of payroll processes in a complex operational environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager (HRM), this role supports the effective execution of the HR strategy for the site by executing payroll activities with compliance. As a member within the HR function, the role requires balancing day-to-day operational demands to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous growth.
