Job summary

Holloway Diamonds is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage HubSpot workflows, craft email campaigns, and oversee social content from planning through publishing. The role supports sales and creative teams, coordinating events and updates to product pages and blogs.

You will contribute to newsletters, seasonal promotions, and internal reports while keeping campaigns on schedule. A focus on detail and a passion for marketing trends and AI will help drive effective outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (email campaigns, lists, workflows)
• Strong writing and attention to detail
• Experience creating with Canva or equivalent tools
• Organised and able to follow tasks through
• Interest in marketing trends and AI

Responsibilities

• Managing HubSpot contacts, lists, straightforward workflows and reporting
• Creating and sending email campaigns, including newsletters, events and seasonal promotions
• Planning and publishing organic social posts, responding to comments and messages
• Updating website products, pricing, images and blog posts
• Coordinating and managing instore and outside events
• Coordinating instore jewellery, people and briefs for professional shoots
• Keeping campaigns on schedule and providing a short monthly results report
• Responding to requests for collateral and assistance for advertising agency
