Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking a Health, Safety & Training Officer / Document Controller based at New Burton CHPP, Moranbah region. You will manage document control systems, maintain accurate records and coordinate HST reporting to support site operations.

The role requires strong admin capability, proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety software, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. Residential or DIDO arrangements may be considered.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience is desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety/training software platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control systems and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate HST reporting and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Support site operations by keeping documentation organised and accessible.
