Job summary

Rizon, part of the Keystone Invest Group, is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HSEQ Administrator to join the Group HSEQ function in Australia. You will provide administrative and systems support to maintain HSEQ documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement across business units.

Working closely with the Group HSEQ team and stakeholders, you will help manage training records, licences, incident documentation, and compliance reporting, while supporting ongoing improvement of HSEQ

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confident using IT systems, with SharePoint experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.
• A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Previous experience in administration, construction or a high-risk industry is desirable.
• A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining HSEQ systems, documentation, registers and tracking tools.
• Supporting ISO certification, audits and compliance reporting.
• Coordinating incident documentation and corrective action follow-up.
• Maintaining training records, licences and qualification registers.
• Preparing HSEQ reports, safety alerts and compliance documentation.
• Supporting the ongoing improvement of HSEQ systems and processes.
