Job summary

Tyre Doctor is seeking an organized HSEQ Systems & Compliance Administrator to join our national HSEQ & Training team. Based in Narangba (Brisbane), you will support the Integrated Management System, maintain records, and assist with audits and client compliance across Australia.

Reporting to the National HSEQ & Training Manager, this role focuses on systems, documentation, and administration, helping operations stay compliant and efficient while promoting our Go Further Together culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration, systems or compliance support role.
• Experience working with business, HSEQ or compliance systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Confidence working with systems, data and documentation.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels.
• Experience with Ideagen and an understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HSEQ systems, including our Integrated Management System.
• Maintain accurate HSEQ records, registers, documents and system data.
• Support operational teams with employee mobilisation and client site requirements.
• Maintain client portals and ensure compliance information remains current.
• Provide system support, guidance and training to employees and leaders.
• Assist with HSEQ reporting, statistics and data analysis.
• Monitor incident, corrective action and compliance information and escalate issues where required.
• Support the coordination of HSEQ audits, inspections, meetings and improvement activities.

We are looking for an organised and proactive HSEQ Systems & Compliance Administrator to join our national HSEQ & Training team.

Reporting to the National HSEQ & Training Manager, this role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys systems, compliance and administration and wants to play an important part in supporting our operational teams across Australia.

Main Duties

About the role

Based in in our Narangba (Brisbane) office, you will provide day to day administration and systems support across our HSEQ function and onsite operations, helping ensure our systems, records, client portals and compliance requirements remain accurate, current and effective.

A key part of the role will be supporting and administering our HSEQ Integrated Management System, helping our teams use the system effectively and maintaining the quality and integrity of information across the business.

You will also support employee mobilisation, client compliance requirements, HSEQ reporting and a range of operational and HSEQ activities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

About you

We are looking for someone with strong administration, systems and coordination skills, ideally gained in mining, mining services, heavy industry, maintenance, logistics or another operational environment.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in an administration, systems or compliance support role
• Experience working with business, HSEQ or compliance systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confidence working with systems, data and documentation
• The ability to build positive working relationships with people at all levels

Experience with Ideagen and an understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems would be highly regarded.
