Job summary

Kinetic seeks an experienced HSE Business Analyst to support the rollout of its HSEQ platform across Australia and New Zealand. This 12-month fixed-term contract focuses on translating complex requirements into practical system solutions, mapping future-state processes, and enabling teams through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business analysis experience in large system implementations or transformations.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional workflows and systems.
• Experience developing end-user training materials and supporting change readiness.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document gaps.
• Map and document HSE processes including incidents, investigations, hazards, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to configure the system and validate integrations.
• Develop new HSE processes and supporting documentation for consistent practices.
• Design training plans and materials (guides, quick references, e-learning).
• Coordinate UAT, assess go-live readiness, and support deployment and adoption.
