Job summary

Kinetic is implementing a new HSEQ platform across Australia and New Zealand. We seek an experienced HSE Business Analyst to translate business requirements into practical system solutions and to map future-state processes.

You will develop training materials and support teams through the transition on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the HSE Project Manager, you will work with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the solution meets operational needs, while enabling effective change

Qualifications

Experience gathering requirements, mapping to future-state processes.
Ability to document user stories and build end-to-end processes.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and workflows.
Develop user training materials and support change management.
Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and document gaps.
Map and document HSE processes including reporting and investigations.
Collaborate with vendors and technical teams for system configuration and integrations.
Develop new HSE processes and related user guides and training materials.
Design training plans and ensure go-live readiness and adoption.
Support deployment, troubleshooting and change management.
