Job summary

FindMeA Pty Ltd is partnering with a Brisbane-based industrial organisation to recruit an HSEQ Manager for the Hemmant operation. You will own the site's HSEQ function, developing and strengthening safety, environmental compliance and quality frameworks while working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure practicality and adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSEQ, WHS within manufacturing, processing or another high-risk industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigations.
• Ability to lead and influence safety initiatives across operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain practical HSEQ frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Work with production and maintenance to identify risks and improve workplace practices.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, site inspections and audits.
• Manage WHS compliance, reporting and documentation; support ISO accreditation.
• Coach leaders and employees to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions across site.
