Job summary

CIP Constructions is seeking an experienced HSEQ Operational Lead to support the Head of HSEQ in driving excellence across integrated management systems and operational safety practices. This is a hands-on role that partners with State Managers and project teams across VIC to ensure compliance, improve performance, and embed a proactive HSEQ culture across all sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Work Health & Safety (minimum).
• ICAM or Taproot investigation training.
• Minimum 6+ years' experience in a similar HSEQ role within construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits, investigations, and incident reviews
• Support site inspections and peer audits across projects
• Develop and maintain HSEQ Management Plans and documentation
• Analyse incident trends and drive improvement initiatives
• Present findings to leadership and drive safety culture
