Zusammenfassung

COS is seeking a Head of HSEQ to set and drive the strategic direction for health, safety, environment and quality across our Australian operations. You will partner with executives to strengthen governance, embed safety leadership and ensure compliant HSEQ outcomes with a safety-first culture.

Lead risk management, incident investigations and audits, and champion continuous improvement across ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.

Qualifikationen

• WH&S qualifications with knowledge of governance frameworks.
• Experience embedding safety leadership across multi-site operations.
• Strong understanding of ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 implementations.
• Analytical reporting on HSEQ performance and trends.
• Ability to drive practical safety improvements at scale.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead COS HSEQ strategy aligned with business growth.
• Maintain governance for WHS, environmental regs and quality standards.
• Foster safety leadership, accountability and capability across teams.
• Lead enterprise risk management including risk controls and assurance.
• Oversee incident management, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure effectiveness of ISO management systems and audits.
• Lead internal/external audits and certification readiness.
• Monitor HSEQ performance and provide executive insights.
• Drive continuous improvement for safety, environment and quality.
