Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group in Belmont, WA is seeking a Diploma qualified HSEQ Advisor to drive safety culture across our service teams. You’ll lead SWMS development, risk assessments, site safety plans and incident investigations while coaching leaders and engaging with frontline technicians on safety matters.

Based at our Belmont office, you’ll travel to sites, perform audits, deliver toolbox talks, and help ensure compliance on client safety portals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in WHS with at least 3 years' on-the-job experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation.
• Ability to influence others positively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing legislation and priorities.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SWMS, risk assessments and site safety plans.
• Conduct site visits and subcontractor audits; support ops with safety procedures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and coach leaders on safety.
• Assist admin teams with client safety portals compliance.
• Close outstanding actions from incident reports.
• Analyse HSEQ data and build reports for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver HSEQ training and audits.
• Be the face of safety and inspire the team on site.
