Zusammenfassung

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a hands‑on HSEQ Advisor to join our team in a full‑time capacity. Based out of Doncaster, you will support day‑to‑day HSEQ activities across multiple operations, including concrete plants, quarries, workshops, laboratories, and customer sites as required.

The role requires at least 2 years in WHS/environment coordination in high‑risk settings, strong communication, and the ability to travel between sites within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' WHS/Environment coordination experience in a high‑risk industry.
• Experience in quarry environment highly valued.
• Certificate IV in OHS or higher.
• Lead Auditor experience and ICAM investigation experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide advice and coaching to site/operational managers on risk identification and controls.
• Engage with frontline personnel formally and informally to demonstrate leadership on site.
• Identify and report conformance to internal systems and support continuous improvement.
• Assist with delivery of training related to site HSEQ activities.
• Maintain records of employee & contractor training, competency assessments, skills & qualifications.
• Lead investigations into HSE incidents.
• Support site leaders with HSEQ material at site meetings.
• Assist with Injury Management and liaison with WorkCover Qld for rehabilitation.
