Job summary

Renascent Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to manage safety, health, environment, and quality across projects. You will develop procedures, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role involves site visits weekly, participation in audits, and maintaining ISO/OFSC certifications, with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role (construction related is a bonus).
• Tertiary qualifications in HSEQ or a related field.
• HSEQ management processes and systems including Procure and Sign on Site (preferable).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, or Excel).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of safety procedures, work instructions, documentation, and training materials.

• Maintain 3rd party building/contractor management portal requirements like Avetta, Rapid Portal and CM3 etc.
• Maintain the calendar, agenda and record minutes for the WHS committee.
• Onboard all new starters and coordinate annual HSEQ training requirements.

Job description

As a HSEQ Advisor, you’ll be an essential part of the team, managing and maintaining all things HSEQ related to ensure effective delivery of programs, compliance with company safety standards and honoring our commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace.
