Haynes People is seeking a detail‑oriented HSS Administration professional to support our client’s Health, Safety and Environment framework in Stapylton, QLD. The role focuses on accurate reporting, compliance documentation, contractor requirements, and incident management support.

You will join a collaborative, high‑performing team, with Monday to Friday work, excellent pay rates and weekly pay. The position offers a pathway to ongoing employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE, compliance, administration or coordination roles preferred
• Sound understanding of HSE systems, documentation, and compliance
• Experience in contractor compliance and document control

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and maintain HSE reporting systems with accurate, up-to-date safety data
• Prepare and manage compliance documentation to meet legislative, regulatory, and company requirements
• Administer contractor compliance, verifying licences, qualifications, inductions, and insurances
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain HSE databases, records, and document control systems for data integrity
• Provide administrative support for safety meetings, training, inspections, and compliance activities
