Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture is seeking an experienced HSE Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive safety management training across high risk construction works. You will collaborate with the training team to ensure alignment with the HSE Management System.

The role focuses on front line supervision, hazard identification, risk assessment and continuous improvement of health and safety knowledge on site. Remote areas with challenging conditions apply.

Qualifications

• Formal OHS qualification required (e.g., Diploma of OHS).
• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry.
• Certificate IV Training & Assessment required.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop focussed HSE Management System training packages aligned to high risk procedures.
• Explore adaptive learning technology to support objectives.
• Implement safety programs and HSSE documentation to improve the system.
• Coordinate HSSE activity schedules and initiatives.
• Assist in safety audits, workplace inspections, and emergency drills.
• Coach HSE Advisors and site supervision on system elements.
