Job summary

Sime Group is seeking an experienced HSE Training Specialist to design, develop and implement engaging training solutions that strengthen workforce capability and drive positive safety outcomes across our operations.

You will design and deliver training programs, assess learning effectiveness, and manage data and compliance. The role requires translating complex safety information into practical content and collaborating with external providers as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Education, Training, Safety or a related field.
• Experience designing and developing training programs in industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex technical and safety information into practical learning content.
