You will design and deliver programs, assessments and digital resources, ensuring alignment with safety standards and business needs.

• Experience designing and developing training programs in industrial, manufacturing, mining, construction or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex technical and safety information into practical learning content.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and workforce capability development.
