Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture seeks an experienced HSE Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive health and safety management system training. You will cover hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency procedures and industry regulations, focusing on frontline supervision rather than legislative delivery.

Collaborate with the Training Team to capture requirements in the Project TNA and ensure records of training are provided.

Qualifications

• Formal OHS qualifications and 5+ years in construction industry.
• Certificate IV Training & Assessment with QA focus.
• Knowledge of ISO45001 and WHS regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop focussed HSE Management System training packages aligned to high risk procedures.
• Look towards adaptive learning technology to support learning objectives.
• Implement safety programs and documentation for HSE System Improvement.
• Coordinate safety communications, audits, inspections and drills.
• Identify gaps in safety systems and update frontline training materials.
