Job summary

WeBuild is seeking an experienced HSE Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive HSE Management System training programs. You will cover hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency procedures, and industry regulations, with a focus on front line supervision for HRCW standards.

You will collaborate with the Training Team, support site-based safety resources, and help drive continuous improvement of health and safety knowledge across operations.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver HSE training within an Management System context.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ISO45001 and WHS regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor site safety teams and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop focused HSE training packages aligned to high-risk procedures and system requirements.
• Implement Safety programs and HSSE documentation to support the HSE Management System.
• Coordinate and contribute to the HSSE Activity Schedule and initiatives, including audits and inspections.
• Communicate safety standards and issues across teams and sites.
• Coach HSE Advisors and Site Supervisors on system elements and criteria.
• Support FGJV’s project HSSE goals and values as directed by Operations Safety Manager.
