Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an HSE Systems Coordinator to support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of our WHS management systems across our Brisbane or Sydney operations.

You will manage system access, data integrity and reporting, deliver safety dashboards and comply with regulatory requirements while partnering with operational leaders and external providers to enhance safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in WHS, compliance, systems coordination or similar.
• Working knowledge of WHS legislation, management systems, and audits.
• Australian working rights; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve WHS management systems.
• Manage system access, data integrity, and security.
• Produce compliance reports and dashboards.
• Support incident reporting and regulatory requirements.
