Job summary

UGL is seeking an HSE Advisor - Systems & Compliance based in Perth CBD, with a 5/2 roster and a permanent full-time appointment. You will maintain key HSE and workforce systems including MyPass, ISNetworld, Rapid, Felix, Clui and SharePoint, ensuring records, compliance and project support are up-to-date.

You will coordinate training, competency, contractor compliance and HSE reporting, driving continuous improvement across Resources & Energy West and related portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience using workforce, training or contractor management systems such as MyPass and ISNetworld.
• Experience with document management systems, preferably SharePoint.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong administrative and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus.
• Experience in construction/resources/energy/high-risk industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HSE, training and contractor management systems including MyPass, ISNetworld, Rapid, Felix and Clui.
• Manage contractor onboarding, prequalification and compliance verification processes.
• Monitor and track contractor and workforce compliance requirements, ensuring documentation remains current.
• Coordinate training matrices, competency records and training needs analysis across projects.
• Develop and distribute compliance reports and system performance data.
• Support induction, training and competency management processes.
• Administer the REW HSE Hub, including document control, content verification and SharePoint maintenance.
• Develop user guides, process documents, training materials and communication resources.
• Provide system training and ongoing support to project teams and contractor companies.
• Assist with HSE reporting, sustainability reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage system permissions and access controls across HSE platforms.
