UGL is seeking an HSE Advisor - Systems & Compliance based in Perth CBD, with a 5/2 roster and a permanent full-time appointment. You will maintain key HSE and workforce systems including MyPass, ISNetworld, Rapid, Felix, Clui and SharePoint, ensuring records, compliance and project support are up-to-date.
You will coordinate training, competency, contractor compliance and HSE reporting, driving continuous improvement across Resources & Energy West and related portfolios.
Location: Perth CBD
Roster: 5/2 (Monday to Friday)

Duration: Permanent Full Time.
This role is responsible for maintaining key HSE and workforce management systems including MyPass, ISNetworld, Rapid, Felix, Clui and SharePoint, ensuring accurate records, system compliance and effective support to project teams. You will play a critical role in coordinating training, competency, contractor compliance and HSE reporting while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
