This role reports to the HSE Manager and focuses on continual improvement in HSE performance, compliance with legislation, and alignment with UGL's HSE systems and culture.

The position operates on a 2:1 roster, Drive-In-Drive-Out from Perth, with responsibilities spanning audits, incident investigations, training, and support for injury

Qualifications

• Audits and inspections across the project.
• Investigation of incidents and near-misses.
• Delivery of HSE training and awareness.
• Support for injury management and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits and inspections on site.
