Built is leading a major data centre project in Marsden Park, NSW, Australia. As HSE Manager, you will lead safety and risk across a fast-paced construction site, partnering with project teams and subcontractors to shape safety outcomes and project delivery.

You will embed the HSE framework, manage safety performance, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a strong safety culture on site. The role requires proven HSE experience in construction, knowledge of Australian WHS legislation,

Qualifications

Experience leading HSE on construction projects (infrastructure/large-scale)
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management
Experience managing subcontractor safety performance and engagement
Ability to coach and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilités

Lead risk management, investigations, audits and assurance activities across site operations.
Embed Built’s HSE framework and ensure effective implementation of project safety plans.
Manage subcontractor engagement and safety performance on a large, complex project.
Foster strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders to support delivery.
Drive continual improvement through learning, reporting and hazard management.
