Job summary

A W Edwards is seeking an experienced WHS Coordinator to join our Data Centre teams in Huntingwood and Lane Cove, Sydney. You will work closely with a mentoring Safety Manager to drive safety excellence on iconic NSW projects, from planning through delivery, with opportunities for long-term career growth.

We value face-to-face collaboration with stakeholders, disciplined safety practices, and efficient, standards-based safety management across large-scale commercial and government-style work.

Qualifications

• Site WHS Coordinator on projects over $200M in NSW.
• Experience in first/second tier construction with 3+ years tenure.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, Data Centre, health or government projects in Australia.
• Cert IV or higher in Safety.
• Standard office hours with productive focus.
• Face-to-face communication and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support Safety Manager in daily safety operations on Data Centre projects.
• Coordinate WHS practices on Huntingwood and Lane Cove sites.
• Maintain compliance with NSW safety regulations.
• Foster face-to-face engagement with stakeholders and issue resolution.
