Job summary

Built is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety on its Marsden Park data centre development, guiding risk management, incident investigations and audits across a fast-paced construction site. This is an opportunity to lead safety on one of Australia's largest data centre developments at Marsden Park. With new buildings commencing across the precinct, you'll join a project at a pivotal stage, helping shape safety outcomes across a complex and fast-paced construction environment.

The Opportunity

As HSE Manager at our major data centre project in Marsden Park, you'll play a key role in supporting safe and successful project delivery. Working closely with project teams and subcontractors, you'll help manage risk, strengthen safety performance and contribute to a positive site culture.

In this role, you will:

• Lead critical risk management, investigations, audits and assurance activities across site operations.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a capable and credible HSE leader who can confidently operate within a large-scale construction environment and add value from day one.

You will bring:

• Experience in a HSE role within construction, infrastructure, engineering or another high-risk industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale or technically complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation
• Experience managing subcontractor performance and stakeholder engagement.
• The ability to coach, influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams through to senior leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A practical, adaptable and solutions-focused approach to safety leadership.
