Job summary

Built is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety on its Marsden Park data centre development, guiding risk management, incident investigations and audits across a fast-paced construction site. You will collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to embed the HSE framework, implement project safety plans and drive continuous improvement through proactive hazard management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HSE role within construction, infrastructure, engineering or another high-risk industry.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale or technically complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical risk management, investigations, audits and assurance activities across site operations.
• Embed Built’s HSE framework and ensure effective implementation of project safety plans.
• Manage subcontractor engagement and safety performance across a large and complex project environment.
• Foster strong working relationships across project teams and key stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Drive continual improvement through learning, reporting and proactive hazard management.
