Job summary

Built is seeking a Senior IT Service Support to join our Brisbane team, combining IT support, systems administration and project site mobilisation. You will ensure teams have reliable tools, connectivity and support to hit the ground running and operate across Brisbane office and project sites.

You’ll deliver advanced technical support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and AV, while maintaining security and performance of our IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Support or desktop support across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern workplace environments.
• Experience supporting users across Brisbane office and project sites.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in delivering a reliable, secure and user-focused technology experience across the business, ensuring our people have the tools and support they need to do their best work.

In this role, you will:

• Mobilise new project sites, ensuring teams have the technology, connectivity and support they need to hit the ground running.
• Provide advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, hardware, software, mobile devices, collaboration tools and audio-visual technology.
• Support the reliability, security and performance of Built's IT environment through a blend of systems administration and service desk activities.
• Deliver face-to-face onboarding, inductions and technology support that enables our people to be productive from day one.
• Build strong relationships across the business while identifying smarter, more effective ways to improve the user experience.

What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a technically capable and adaptable IT professional who enjoys working closely with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding support. You'll combine strong technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to support teams across both our Brisbane office and project sites.

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in IT Service Support, Desktop Support, Field Services or Systems Administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, modern workplace environments and end-user computing.
• Experience supporting users across multiple locations, operational environments or project-based businesses.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and navigate complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence supporting people at all levels of the business.
• Experience with audio-visual, meeting room or collaboration technology will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining or other project-based industries would be advantageous.
