Job summary

A W Edwards, part of Bouygues Bâtiment International, is seeking an experienced WHS Manager to lead safety for a major Data Centre project in Sydney’s West. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Site Team and Group Safety Manager and offers a stable career within a long-established NSW builder.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years as a Senior WHS Coordinator in a first/second tier environment, a Cert IV+ in Safety, and a collaborative, client-facing approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Senior WHS Coordinator within a first or second tier construction company environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a WHS team on major Data Centre projects in Sydney (Huntingwood and Lane Cove) and liaise with the Site Team & Group Safety Manager.
• Drive effective safety governance, reporting, and incident management to protect workers and project outcomes.
• Support a long-term career path within a stable, employer of choice in NSW construction.
