Job summary

Built is seeking an HSE Advisor for a landmark data centre project in Marsden Park. You will be embedded on site, coaching teams and verifying safety controls while shaping site culture and supporting successful delivery of this major project.

You will partner with project teams, subcontractors and site leadership to implement HSE standards, review SWMS, and monitor performance to drive practical safety outcomes on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction-based HSE role on large-scale projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all project levels.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence practical safety outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to implement and continuously improve HSE plans and systems.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, site teams and stakeholders to promote safe work practices.
• Coach and influence safe behaviours across the project.
• Review SWMS, participate in toolbox talks and verify control implementation on site.
• Monitor project HSE performance and provide practical safety advice to enable project success.
