Job summary

WeBuild is seeking an HSE Investigations Coordinator to lead high-level investigations, gather evidence, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. You will guide project and site teams to strengthen investigation capability and ensure consistent process application.

You will coordinate complex enquiries, support QA enhancements, and prepare thorough reports with recommended regulatory responses for senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex investigations and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Ability to interpret data and identify non-conformances or risks.
• Proficiency in presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct complex enquiries and investigations across project locations.
• Improve investigation practices and procedures through QA activities.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and regulatory recommendations.
• Coordinate with legal and risk teams to assess impact and risks.
• Collect and analyse data from plans, permits, and inspection reports.
• Interview stakeholders to gather information and evidence.
• Document records including photos, videos and written reports.
• Provide guidance to site teams on FGJV investigation processes.
