Qualifications

• Proven experience as a HSE Investigations Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enquiries and investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with legal and risk teams to assess findings.
• Identify non-compliance or discrepancies through data analysis.
• Prepare recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
• Interview contractors, engineers and managers to gather evidence.
