Job summary

DDH1 Drilling is Australia’s premier ASX-listed mineral drilling contractor seeking a qualified HSE Coordinator. The role is based in Perth or Queensland offices and reports to the HSE Manager.

You will help maintain and improve HSE systems, manage incident investigations, audits, and critical risk controls across corporate and field operations. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in WHS/HSE, proven experience in drilling or mining environments, and strong MS Office and HSE information

Qualifications

• Diploma-level WHS/ HSE qualification required.
• Experience as HSE Advisor or HSE Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in drilling, mining, resources or high-risk operations.
• Working knowledge of WHS legislation and HSE management systems.
• Understanding of incident investigation and risk management; ICAM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSE audits, inspections and assurance schedules.
• Support incident investigations and ICAM reviews as required.
• Provide HSE system documentation, forms and templates support.
• Analyse HSE data, trends and report to HSE Manager.
• Undertake site visits to support assurance activities and initiatives.
