Job summary

Contract Resources in Jandakot, WA, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to join our team. You will partner with operational leaders to drive a positive safety culture and provide practical HSE guidance across multiple client sites.

The role includes a 38-hour week, travel to client facilities, on-site support for shutdowns, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with our HSE management system and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within industrial, resources, mining, energy or related sectors.
• Sound knowledge and practical application of Australian WHS legislation and industry standards.
• Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across the business.
• Provide professional HSE advice and support to managers, supervisors and employees across multiple sites.
• Coordinate development and implementation of risk assessments, safe work practices and control measures.
