Job summary

Webuild Group in Australia is delivering major marine infrastructure projects as a leading EPC contractor. We are seeking an HSE Advisor to support our Health, Safety and Environment function on a large Darwin project.

You will analyse HSSE performance data, maintain reporting systems and assist in incident investigations, audits and continuous improvement across the project teams. A strong data mindset and experience in safety roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, HSE, compliance, analyst or administration roles within construction, infrastructure or industrial environments.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting data and producing reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience using reporting, database or HSE management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across project and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse HSSE performance data and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and registers to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare regular HSSE reports, trend analysis and metrics for project and corporate stakeholders.
• Support incident reporting and investigations through data collection, action tracking and maintenance of relevant records.
• Assist with audits, inspections and assurance activities by coordinating documentation and identifying compliance trends.
• Maintain HSSE management systems, training records, competency matrices and compliance documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the HSSE team while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across projects and operations.
• Coordinate the distribution and control of HSSE procedures, alerts, communications and key project documentation.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure HSSE data is accurate, complete and aligned with regulatory and company requirements.
