Job summary

JPS Executive Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor for a dedicated multi-residential project in Brisbane. You will lead day-to-day HSE on site, working closely with a delivery team to uphold WHS standards and reporting to the HSE & Compliance Manager.

This role focuses on one project, with strong leadership support, a five-day working week, and ongoing professional development within a growing residential builder's portfolio.

Qualifications

• HSE Advisor experience across commercial construction.
• Multi-residential or multi-storey project experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HSE requirements
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies and procedures
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions and incident investigations

The Opportunity

This established commercial builder/developer is looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to join its growing multi-res division, working on major multi-residential projects across Brisbane.

You'll be based on a $65M multi-residential project in Brisbane's inner-north.

Safety is a genuine priority here. Rather than spreading Advisors across multiple sites, you'll be dedicated to one project, working alongside a fully resourced delivery team and reporting to an experienced HSE & Compliance Manager.
