Job summary

RFI Technology Solutions in Seven Hills NSW is seeking an HSE Advisor to support the WHS function across the business and embed a strong safety culture.

You will help ensure compliance with our Safety Management System, policies, and procedures, coordinate training, and assist operations with day-to-day safety matters in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in WHS (or working towards) is required.
• 1–3 years' WHS experience in construction, telco or engineering environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support incident reporting, investigations and follow-up actions.
• Assist with workplace inspections and audits ensuring SWMS safety requirements.
• Maintain WHS documentation, records and ISO compliance.
• Coordinate WHS training and inductions for employees and contractors.
• Provide day-to-day support and advice to operational teams.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement across the business.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join our team based at Seven Hills. This role will support the WHS function across the business, helping to embed a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with our Safety Management System, policies, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
• Assisting with workplace inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with SWMS and safety requirements
• Maintaining WHS documentation, records, and ISO compliance

What we're looking for:

• Minimum Cert IV in WHS (or working towards)
• 1-3 years' experience in WHS, ideally in construction, telco, or engineering environments
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for safety, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Previous exposure to ISO management systems and incident investigation methods (desirable)
