Job summary

Breight Group is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for FIFO work from Perth. You will help maintain operational continuity, deliver the HSEQ contract strategy, and support day-to-day operations across shutdown, project and maintenance work.

Requirements include Cert IV OH&S (minimum), mining-based HSE advisory experience, proficiency with ICAM investigations, and familiarity with MyOSH. Join a team focused on safety-first culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ICAM investigations experience.
• MyOSH experience is highly preferred.
• Mining industry HSE advisory experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve health and safety matters on site.
• Keep accurate health and safety records per compliance.
• Support management with WHS obligations and system compliance.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and risk assessments.
• Monitor implementation of safety policies and programs site-wide.
• Communicate HSE information effectively across sites.

We're looking for a HSE Advisor to join our team. In this position you’ll be responsible for maintaining operational continuity, delivering the HSEQ contract strategy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide the ongoing maintenance and improvement of health & safety related matters
• Ensure full and accurate health and safety records are being maintained as per compliance requirements
• Support line management in their accountability for legislative obligations and WHS Management System compliance requirements.
• Facilitate and/or participate in work area incident investigations, risk assessments and management of change processes.
• Monitor the implementation of operational safety, health and environmental policies and programs
• Ensure effective communication of HSE information across site
