Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services in Melbourne's western suburbs is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support multiple sites across Melbourne. This hands-on role works closely with site managers, operational leaders and frontline teams to identify risks, improve compliance and drive safety outcomes on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dedicated HSEQ/WHS experience, ideally in high‑risk environments such as manufacturing or construction, and a Cert IV or higher in OHS/WHS.

An opportunity is available for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a long-standing and well-established business within the construction materials and recycling industry.

Based in Melbourne's western suburbs, the role will support multiple operational sites across Melbourne. A maintained company vehicle is included as part of the package.

This is a hands-on operational HSEQ role working closely with site managers, operational leaders and frontline teams to identify risks, improve compliance and drive positive HSEQ outcomes.

The role will cover:

• Risk management and compliance
• Site audits and inspections
• Training and toolbox discussions
• Injury management and rehabilitation
• HSEQ reporting and continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' dedicated HSEQ/WHS experience, ideally within a high-risk environment such as manufacturing, construction, recycling, quarrying or heavy industry.
