McConnell Dowell are looking for an HSE Administrator to join our project team delivering the Ryde to Pymble Pipeline, supporting HSE outcomes on site while building valuable experience in a live construction environment.

This role offers practical exposure to HSE systems, reporting, audits and day-to-day activities, with a clear pathway toward a Safety Advisor role and beyond on major Sydney infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Interest in building a career in HSE, safety, or construction.
• Confidence working with data and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HSE records, registers and project documentation.
• Support weekly and monthly HSE reporting, audits and inspections.
• Assist with HSE initiatives, communications and promotional activities.
• Coordinate HSE data, actions and administrative requirements across the project.
• Work with experienced HSE professionals to build project safety knowledge.
