Job summary

Clough is seeking a motivated HSE Administrator to support the Health, Safety and Environment team on the CERES urea project in Western Australia. The role requires maintaining safety records, coordinating inductions and audits, and assisting incident investigations while working on a FIFO roster.

You will report to the HSE Manager and contribute to compliance with Australian HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards across a large-scale construction environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work a 19:9 OR 14:7 rotation to site (FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, incident reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Australian HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support safety inductions and training programs for site personnel.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor safety standards and identify hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including coordinating safety meetings and audits.
