Job summary

Talent in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end TechnologyOne HRP implementations, oversee client engagements and mentor HRP consultants. The role requires strong CiAnywhere expertise and a proven track record in delivering complex HR and Payroll projects for Australian clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of TechnologyOne HRP implementation and consulting.
• Strong CiAnywhere expertise within HRP.
• Experience leading consultants or delivery teams.
• Experience across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll requirements and awards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TechnologyOne HRP implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Oversee project delivery ensuring timelines, scope and quality.
• Provide functional leadership across HR, Payroll and CiAnywhere.
• Guide system configuration, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Ensure payroll solutions comply with Australian legislation and reporting.
• Mentor HRP consultants and promote continuous improvement.
• Build client relationships, facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage risks and delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to HRP consulting practices and service improvements.
