Job summary

Martian Logic is seeking an HRIS Pre-Sales Consultant to drive enterprise software sales for its AI-powered SaaS platform in Australia. You will engage with mid-market organisations across education, health, care and enterprise sectors, understanding their HR and payroll challenges and demonstrating how Martian Logic solves them.

You will present tailored product demonstrations, collaborate with the sales team to advance deals, and build relationships with key stakeholders to highlight

Qualifications

• Proven pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, HR operations or payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate features into business value.
• Experience across mid-market segments, ideally education, health or care.

About the Role

As an HRIS Pre-Sales Consultant, you will drive enterprise software sales for our growing SaaS platform. You will engage with mid-market organisations, understand their HR and payroll challenges, and demonstrate how Martian Logic solves them through our integrated, AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-sales discovery with prospects across education, health, care and enterprise sectors
• Present product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and pain points
• Work closely with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to position our Australian compliance capabilities and AI features

What We're Looking For

• Proven pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of HRIS, HR operations or payroll systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical features into business value
• Experience working across mid-market segments, ideally education, health or care

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time position with competitive OTE Package between $180,000 and $230,000 per annum
• 10 days of personal/carer's leave per 12 months of continuous service
• Parental leave entitlements including 2 weeks paid leave from birth of child
