Job summary

Bapcor Limited is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a 6-month fixed-term contract within our Technology team. The role supports strategic initiatives including HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance platform modernisation.

The successful candidate will bring architecture leadership across multiple domains, collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors, and contribute to governance, roadmaps and platform simplification aligned to our future-state architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance transformation programs.
• Ability to design and govern architectures across applications, data, cloud, integration, security.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ability to review vendor proposals, designs, and roadmaps for alignment with standards and direction.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern solution architectures across business applications, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure and security domains.
• Provide architecture leadership across HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance programs.
• Partner with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Evaluate options, balance business outcomes, risk, cost and delivery considerations.
• Review vendor proposals and designs to ensure alignment with standards and direction.
• Support enterprise architecture governance processes and roadmaps.
• Drive modernization and platform rationalisation aligned to future-state architecture.
• Develop architecture artefacts and governance documentation.
