Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking a Solution Architect to shape a complex Finance and HR technology environment in Parkville, Melbourne. You will define target architecture and lead the technical evaluation of options through an RFP process, guiding uplift decisions for a major platform.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Payroll and IT teams to present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role is a 12-month fixed-term assignment with hybrid working in Parkville.

Qualifications

• Strong solution architecture experience across ERP, Finance or HR platforms.
• Experience contributing to RFx's for ERP implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical architecture options.

Responsibilities

• Assess Workday configuration, integrations and technical debt across Finance, HR and Procurement.
• Develop current and future state architecture, integration designs and evaluation criteria.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for fit, security, integration, cost and long-term suitability.
• Present clear recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and governance groups.
• Work with business and technology teams to simplify architecture and reduce risk.
